Responsibility

The payment of a deposit of any part or full payment for a reservation on this tour shall constitute consent to all the provisions herein.

Limobikes Jersey as tour operators exercises every possible care. However, Limobikes Jersey their employees, directors, trustees or representatives shall not be held responsible for property loss or damage and/or damages resulting from illness, personal injury or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on, any tour whether due to ownership, maintenance, use operation or control of any motorcycle, automobile or vehicle, common carrier or any other conveyance used in carrying out these tours.

Limobikes Jersey can assume no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a tour under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or carriers for whom Limobikes Jersey acts only as agents.

Limobikes Jersey reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which payment will be refunded without further obligation on the part of Limobikes Jersey.

Waiver and Release

The undersigned understands the requirements and conditions and is aware that the tour and its activities involve the risk of personal injury and damage or loss of property. In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participation in the tour, the undersigned voluntarily accepts all risks of personal injury and property damage arising from participation on the tour. The undersigned hereby agrees that he/she and his/her dependents, heirs, executors and assigns, do release and hold harmless Limobikes Jersey and the employees, directors, trustees or representatives of Limobikes Jersey from any and all claims of illness, bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to this tour. The undersigned understands that he/she will abide by the conditions set by Limobikes Jersey as described in the Terms and Conditions of this tour stated herein.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation received in writing at least thirty(30) days prior to the tour start date are fully refundable less an administration fee of £15.00 per person. Cancellation within thirty(2) days of the tour start date will mean that all payments are forfeited.

In the event of mechanical failure Limobikes Jersey will endeavor to repair or replace the motor vehicle within twenty four(24) hours of initial notification, this may not always be possible and will be at the discretion of Limobikes Jersey .
